                    We specialise in small businesses such as tradespeople, local manufacturers, retail and financial services. Understanding that a 'one size fits all' corporate mentality does not suit all English businesses and, unlike some IT companies, we visit our customers in person.

                    We have an excellent track record for both proactive and reactive IT support; not just fixing problems but also in planning and designing IT systems so that they are able to react to the needs of your business on an ongoing basis.                     Competetive Hourly Rates

                    Our hourly rates are highly competititve  and aWe offer a 'No Subscription' payment model; Only paying for the hours that the engineer is working on the required issue.

                    Methods of support

                    We offer four methods of supporting IT systems:

                    • On site support.

                      Based around normal office hours of 0900 - 1730 Monday to Friday.
                      (minimum one hour)

                    • Remote support.

                      Requires an initial site visit.
                      (minimum 30 minutes)

                    • Telephone support.

                      Requires an initial site visit.
                      (minimum 15 minutes)

                    • Email support.

                      Requires an initial site visit.
                      (minimum 15 minutes)
