Computer network support rates for Bournemouth and surrounding areas

Our charges are based around Ł40 per hour fee structure for work carried out during normal office hours of 0900 - 1700 Monday to Friday. Support outside of these times may be offered with an Annual Support contract. Travel is charged at 40p per mile for those sites located outside of a 5 mile radius of Bournemouth and Poole town centres.

On site support (minimum one hour)

Telephone support (minimum 15 minutes)
Email support (minimum 15 minutes)

Most of our customers utilise our 'Pay as you go' scheme - only paying for the hours that the engineer is working on the required issue.

Annual support contracts are also available.
