Many PCs, although powerful enough to perform their tasks, run badly due to poor system configuration.
When a new PC is purchased, it will need configuring to the specific requirement of the business, to get the best out of it. A 'one-size-fits-all', often promoted by manufacturers, is not always the best solution - only you know how your business runs!
The configuration of a computer system is a very important factor in the way that it runs. e.g. A brand new PC that's not configured correctly can run slower than an old PC that has been correctly configured.

A new PC should always be configured correctly before being placed into service, otherwise it may become un-usable within 6-12 months.
